About Me
Hey there. My name is Nancy, and I am a Software Engineer at Microsoft in Redmond, Washington. I work on the Authentication Platform team under Enterprise and Security in the Cloud+AI org. At Microsoft, my work focuses on making user-centric authentication solutions; specifically, I own a component that enables SSO experiences using web accounts across the Windows platform.
Before Microsoft, I pursued a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science with a minor in Business at Carnegie Mellon University in Pittsburgh, PA, and graduated in December, 2017. Fun fact: with its many rivers, hills, and ravines, Pittsburgh is known as "The City of Bridges", and is the number 2 city in the US with the most number of bridges apart from NYC!
In my free time, I love listening to music, traveling, and doing photography. I studided B&W photography in high school for 3 years, and have been the unofficial photographer for my family on trips for years. :P You can check out some of the pictures I've taken here. I also love watching TV -- The Office is one of my all-time favorites, and I also like watching Silicon Valley, Game of Thrones, and Orange Is The New Black, just to name a few.
